    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

    Reporting to the Chief Marketplace Officer, you will be the voice of Lazada seller community.

    You will responsible for:

    1./ Making selling easy
    • Constantly gather seller feedbacks via seller visits, surveys and data driven insights to identify:
    • root causes of issues our sellers are facing with selling on Lazada
    • seller needs in order to grow on Lazada
    • Suggest changes, new ideas and tools to help sellers on Lazada
    • In coordination with the operations department, develop practical and scalable solutions to help businesses on Lazada succeed
    • Closely manage cross-department projects implementation and achievements to make solutions become reality for Lazada sellers
    • Managing change management within the organization and among the seller community when new processes and technologies are developed for the sellers
    • Drive postmortem analysis as required, share successes and lessons learned from each project

    2./ Build a top quality communication to Lazada sellers 
    • You will be uniquely positioned to look proactively at all Seller impacting changes across Lazada and should always positively influence the seller experience for specific changes
    • Plan, schedule and communicate all Seller-facing platform and organization changes to ensure Sellers are notified and prepared prior to implementation
    • In coordination with the seller training manager, you will be responsible of preparing sellers to changes
    • Coordinate and streamline communication from all Lazada departments to sellers. You will be responsible to ensure one Lazada voice supports our sellers
    • Be the gate keeper of all online and offline communication to Lazada sellers to ensure top quality interaction
    • Develop new communication channels to increase efficiency of our support to sellers

    In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:
     
    • At least 3 years of experience working as a project manager or consultant
    • Additional experience in online communication and marketing is a strong plus
    • Willingness to learn in a fast moving environment and experience working in an entrepreneurial environment
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
    • Experience working with Google Analytics is a strong plus
    • A structured approach, a pro-active attitude and discipline to work hard in a fast moving environment
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Capability and flexibility to interact with many departments to achieve project implementation
    • Ability to work independently and within a team
    • High proficiency in English & Indonesian language

    • Mempunyai hubungan yang baik antar karyawan dan tidak ada yang namanya diskriminasi di perusahaan ini. Hal tersebut pun berpengaruh pada kerjasama antar karyawan yang terjalin baik.
    • Perusahaan ini sangat bagus untuk para mahasiswa yang baru lulus yang ingin belajar dan mencari pengalaman di bidang industri IT.
    Cons
    • Sistem kerja yang diterapkan di perusahaan masih terkesan kaku. Selain itu, peluang karir pun kurang menjanjikan dan manajemen yang masih belum baik.
    • Namun sebaliknya, perusahaan ini kurang bagus untuk mereka yang ingin bekerja lama dan mengembangkan diri, karena perusahaan kurang bagus dalam memperlakukan pekerja yang sudah lama bekerja.
