PT. Indosight is a market entry consulting company focusing on assisting foreign companies to establish their presence in Indonesian. Established in 2011, we have assisted more than 150 foreign companies. In a daily basis, we received many calls from abroad and as well as walk in clients coming to our office! Due to the growing business, we are looking for a
  • Receiving and Connecting calls as per company’s standard in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Receiving mails, package, scan and filling the documents
  • Take notes and fill in the phone log book on the incoming calls, and incoming mails as well as packages
  • Monitoring the cleaness of the reception and lobby area
  • Making report periodically
  • Greetings and escorting the guests professionally and very friendly
  • Others receptionist and administration duties as required
  • At least from D3 of Hospitality, Communication, or Secretary major
  • Maximum 27 years old
  • Friendly by nature and have a good looking
  • Understand, know and can implement basic grooming on daily basis
  • Can operate Ms. Office
  • Speak and understood English very well
  • Minimum working experience at least of 2 years
