    Requirements:
    • Minimum Diploma Degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management
    • Experience in 5* or 4+* International Hotel Brand
    • Experience in the preparation of annual divisional operating budget and financial plans, includes monitoring budget and expenses with a focus on food, beverage, and labor costs
    • Ability to Identify additional sales opportunities to enhance revenue, driving promotions which delivers great hotel experiences
    • Experience in managing food and beverage marketing programs, monitor local competitors and industry trends
    • Proficiency in English Language
    • Excellent leadership skills and proven experiences in a diverse multi-cultural environments
    Responsibilities:
    • Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
    • Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
    • Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements
    • Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
    • Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
    • Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures
    • Provide a two way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork
    • Comply with all health and safety regulations
    • Report on management regarding sales results and productivity

    Pros
    • Keseimbangan antara pekerjaan dan kehidupan pribadi cukup baik, hal itu bisa terlihat dengan adanya program pelatihan berkala, acara bulanan dan tahunan, dan penghargaan untuk karyawan yang berprestasi. Selain itu tunjangan jaminan kesehatan pun cuukup memuaskan.
    • penerapan work life balance di perusahaan sangat baik, adanya pemberian asuransi yang lengkap kepada karyawan dan adanya program pelatihan karyawan.
    Cons
    • Sebaiknya pihak yang bertanggung jawab harus bisa lebih optimal dalam menjalankan tugasnya untuk menjaga dan merawat sarana dan prasarana yang ada.
    • selama saya bekerja disini belum menemukan adanya kerugian yang saya terima semua nya baik mulai dari sistem manajemen, jenjang karir dan gaji yang diberikan pun layak.
