    The Sales Manager responsible for the achievement of sales goals, by supervising and coordinating the effort of a group. Review report sales to identify those aspects requiring personal attention and support.

    Responsibilities:

    • Promote and market PT TUV SUD Indonesia businesses in Indonesia with the objective to increase market share, enhance TUV SUD brand name and profitability
    • Develop and implement sales strategies, product positioning, market penetration and pricing strategies
    • Liaise with partners, such as associations, institutions, trainers, etc and obtain sales leads
    • Carry out marketing visits, marketing presentation, provide certification quotations and follow up potential clients
    • Lead Sales team under his/her supervision

    Requirements:

    • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree any major
    • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in B2B Sales
    • Good interpersonal and presentation skills
    • Able to communicate fluently in English is a must
    • Passionate in certification and deep understanding of ISO certification
    • Fast learner
