The Manager has the responsibility of ensuring that the office where she is stationed runs efficiently. She organizes and supervises all of the administrative activities in the office. She works closely with the BOD to meet the firm’s legal compliance, staffing, equipment, and organizational needs.


  • Business, logistics and project management support for company’s client projects (when additional support is required)
  • Day-to-day problem solving and operations management for the firm
  • Compiling, maintaining and producing HR statistics
  • Developing and implementing new administrative systems, such as record management as well as HR and project SOPs and guides and handbooks
  • Recording office expenditure and managing the budget
  • Organizing the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment as well as any required office facility maintenance
  • Organizing and chairing meetings with support staff
  • Carrying out staff appraisals, managing performance, recommending promotions and disciplining staff
  • Developing status reports for the Board of Director
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills setting clear and structured expectators and hold all external parties accountable for the scope of work
  • Formulate, direct and interpret company HR and General Services policies and procedures; and ensure governmental and policy regulations are enforced.
  • Provides general supporting activities such as the administration of company legal documents and permits; warehouse & office cleanliness; and company transportation.
  • Ensure that each projects team complies with the site policies and procedures by communicating their content, monitoring practice, and reporting the management accordingly
  • Develops and implements training and development initiatives to address current capabilities and future training needs, including on-the-job operational training, department special training, management development, new hire orientation and on boarding
  • Supervise and monitor  department’s procedures are in accordance to Standard Operating Procedures


  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in majority law or phycology
  • At least 5 (five) years experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Excellent knowledge in HR Policies & Procedures, Indonesian Labour Law, Industrial relation, Recruitment, BPJS/jamsostek, Employee Activities (Outing.etc)
  • Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive, Dynamic and Result Oriented
  • Excellent knowledge in HR Policies & Procedures, Indonesian Labour Law, Industrial relation, Recruitment, BPJS/jamsostek, Employee Activities (Outing.etc)
  • Knowledge concerning Immigration Law and Procedure of Expatriate’s permit
  • Past experience working in service industries in a General Affair, Legal Support and/or Human Resources capacity are preferred
  • A demonstrated ability to accept challenges, be proactive and self-reliant when seeking and implementing solutions to problems
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken
