SENIOR ARCHITECT

Responsibility:

  • Research & Development for innovative, technical, and conceptual design that align with the company needs in order to create a new appropriate concepts according with the company efficiency and effectiveness target.
  • Making a research and development for cinema design.
  • Feasibilities study for every new project.
  • Creating new concept for CGV*blitz auditorium.
  • Making the effective anf efficient wotking method for the subordinate.

Requirements:

  • Age max 37 years’ old
  • At least Bachelor Degree in Architecture is a must 
  • Mastering in Auto Cad and 3D Max Building Rendering software
  • Having the experience in architectural designing modern retail business within 3-5 years
  • Preferably the one with broaden knowledge in interior design
  • Having a good skill in interpersonal relationship within third party
  • Able to work both individually and as a team in project management

Pros

Dunia kerja seru, dengan orang-orang muda, jadi bikin fresh jiwa juga, lingkungan kerja fun ga berasa seperti sedang bekerja, teman-teman asikk atasan juga. Tidak ada gap antara atasan dengan bawahan.

Cons

Gaji team IT terutama helpdesk masih timpang nih, padahal sudah senior-senior semua isinya, peningkatan gaji kurang diperhatikan. Ga pernah ada refreshment / traning skill yang berkaitan dengan pekerjaan, misalnya training SQL Server, knowledge lain dll. Bonus KPI kayanya akal-akalan doang, ibarat kata ngasih bonus tapi ada syaratnya udah gitu tidak full bonus.

Gaji peningkatan naeknya ga signifikan ga berbanding sama masa kerja juga sama posisi. Team teman-teman yg asik, juga atasan, bonus kurang
