Job Summary :
 
  • Responsible for coaching, mentoring, and monitoring Agency Leaders in the implementation of a Development System.
 
 
Job Requirements :
 
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
  • Required skill(s): life insurance, communication skill, coach/mentoring skills, creative, Innovative.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in Life Insurance Industry/Agency Leader/Trainer.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Denpasar.
  • Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Sales - Financial Services (Insurance, Unit Trust, etc) or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
