JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Responsible for HRIS related with compensation & benefit, leave, attendance, promotion, performance appraisal, training and development
  • Manage payroll team in order to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient delivery of payroll
  • Manage all HR activities and administration on HRIS
  • To ensure the implementation of HRIS, policy, and procedures throughout the company

 

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Male, Max 40
  • Experience : 2 years of progressively in human resource / information technology (database)
  • Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree, computer science/information technology, statistic, human resource, or equivalent.
  • Proficient in excel is a must, good in data and analytical skill
  • Having good knowledge about HRIS and payroll
  • Able to communicate effectively and building a good relationship with all level of employee's
