- Support I Tier help desk support to staff and representatives.
- Attend analysts live call referrals and support them technically.
- Diagnose complex technical issues and speed problem resolution.
- Analyze problems and contribute to technical solutions.
- Maximum age 28 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): pc hardware and software, printer.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent.
- Full-Time, Contract and Temporary position(s) available.
- Good communication in english
