- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.

- At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.

- Age 28 - 50 years old
- Graduated from any University or Degree, Majoring in any fields
- Can communicate in Japanese Language minimal N3 JLPT
- Has commercial accountability for planning, organizing and directing all hotel services.
- Supervisor’s front-of-house functions such as reception, concierge, reservations, food and beverage operations and housekeeping.
- Must take a strategic overview and planning ahead to maximize profits.
- Must also pay attention to details, setting the example for staff to deliver a standard of service and presentation that meets guests’ needs and expectations.
