• Responsible to provide customer service which needed by customers such as: Stock information, product availability and order confirmation /delivery order
    • Responsible for delivery of product and ensure the product received by customers
    • Customer’s retention
    • Handling and minimize the customer’s complain
    • Maintenance customer master database
    • Check and recommend on pricing of quotation
    • Increase level of customer’s satisfaction
    • Analysis customer’s needs, problem solving and customer expectation
    • Conduct regular communication session with subordinate and other supporting department on the issues and problem solving


    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree, Master Degree / Post Graduate Degree from any field
    • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Computer literate (MS Office) is a must
    • Awareness of industry’s latest technology trends and applications
    • Ability to think strategically and to lead
    • Strong client-facing and communication skills
    • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
    • Customer service orientation
    • Proficiency in English
