    Responsibilities:

    • Develop new/modification program to achieve accuracy of mandays quoted.
    • Identify solutions through understanding client requirements and researching the options available in our products
    • Implementing Software at client sites
    • Assist clients with software faults/bugs
    • Help Desk support and QA when required
    • Deliver Training/Education as required
    • Develop Technical specifications for clients
    • Develop/update project documentation
    • Communicate with customers in a timely and professional manner including management and escalation of client issues as appropriate
    • Maintain and enhance application knowledge by attending formal training, or self-passed materials                              


    Requirement:

    • S1 Degree in IT, Finance, Accounting or equivalent from reputable universities with min GPA 3.0
    • Min. 3 years working experience.
    • Have a good knowledge in MS. SQL Server, MS. SQL Server Reporting Services, Crystal Report and .Net Programming
    • Experience in IT consulting firm / IT solution firm will be an advantage
    • Ability to learn new technologies and resolve any problems involved in integrating new technologies
    • Good interpersonal and communication skill, high achiever, fast learner, open minded and good team player
    • Have a strong work motivations
    • Fresh Graduate are welcome

    Pros
    • Jam kerja di tempat ini cukup fleksibel terutama jika sedang tidak ada proyek. Jenjang karirnya juga cukup menjanjikan untuk ke depannya.
    Cons
    • Standar gaji pokok yang rendah dan tidak ada tunjangan asuransi, jadi bisa dibilang tingkat kesejahteraan karyawannya kurang. Selain itu, perusahaan juga kurang mengapresiasi karyawannya yang berprestasi.
