Personal Assistant to Top management
• College or university graduated
• Fluent Mandarin& English both speaking & writing is a must
• Must have some experience( at least 2 years) in management field, Personal assistant roll is preferred.
• Willing to travel within Asia Pacific region or in other countries based on request
• Multitasking, hardworking, honest and must have outspoken personality
• Have a Good communication skill
• Meticulous, detailed, able to keep confidentiality
• Able to work under pressure
• Meeting preparation, minute of meeting
• Help GM to prepare some report
• Assist to General manager in the administration and daily task
• Translate some document (mandarin to Indonesia or to English) & interpreter job
• Keep a good relation with all Division Head, Country or branches to delivery message from GM of Region HQ.
The others administration task based on request.
