    Key job responsibilities will include :
     
    • To provide end-to-end business partnering for a business group or a number of business group at a country, regional, and global level
    • Partner with leaders and leadership teams to identify business goals and priorities and translating into clear plans, with specific responsibility for identifying the appropriate people and talent strategies as part of overall plan
    • Accountable for total HR Service for specific business area, working with Centre of Excellence colleagues to deliver aligned and pragmatic HR Solution
    • Transfer strategic talent priorities into integrated talent plan appropriate for the business are, aligned and consistent with global talent approach
    • Provides expertise to drive employee engagement/culture plans
    • May carry site responsibilities for functions outside of HR, depending on the size of the business unit (e.g. payroll. facilities, legal/corporate service, and CSR)
     
    Requirements :
     
    • Bachelor’s degree
    • At least 10 years’ experiences in the related field
    • Previous experience of working in a matrix organization
    • Proven ability to drive change/restructuring projects, including developing and implementing change plans
    • Proven ability to work as an integrated member of a leadership team – can give insights/opinions on wider range of business topics
    • Customer-centric, able to balance challenge and support
    • Commercially focused
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

    Cons
    • Perusahaan kurang memberikan kegiatan pelatihan dan pengembangan kepada karyawan sehingga karyawan belum memiliki kualitas yang begitu baik. Karyawan juga sulit mengerti pekerjaan yang diberikan oleh perusahaan.
    • Dalam segi pengadaan traning masih kurang dan harus ditingkatkan agar perkembangan karyawan tidak terhambat dan kinerja karyawan pun akan terus meningkat.
