Job Responsibilities:

 Responsible for the day to day running of the outlet in line with the Operations Manager’s strategy of maximising profitability and achieving customer satisfaction.
Responsible for meeting COGs, Labour and Topline budgets.
 To work closely with Assistant Managers / supervisors in the coaching, training and development of new and existing staff.
 To assist the Manager in the recruitment and selection of staff aligned with the Company standards and budgetary targets.
 To ensure that food safety is well managed and all customer complaints (internal and external), are dealt with in accordance with the Company’s Policy and in the manner aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction.
 Responsible for cash management and inventory control.
 To upkeep and ensure consistent excellent standards of product, environment and staff at all times.

Job Requirements:
 Awareness of market trends, opportunities and possibilities of improvement.
 Ability to motivate and lead staff to get the best out of them.
 Minimum 3 years of management skills, preferably in a Food and Beverage environment.
 Enjoys leading and working with a diverse team.
 Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
