DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree from reputable university majoring Psychology, Law or Human Resources
• Having minimal 5 years working experience as a Human Resources Manager in Manufacturing Building Material Industry with more than 1.000 employees
• Good performance in Industrial Relation, GA and other HR functions
• Able to manage Union
• Having good knowledge in analytical, communication and negotiation skills
• Coaching and leadership skills
• In depth knowledge of labor law and other government regulation related with employee
 
Responsibilities:
• Manage and control Human Resource in the factory.
• Manage, create and to work closely with related institution in term of the human resources policies, procedures and programs
• Carries out responsible in the following functional areas: Industrial Relations, Employee Relations, Training & Development, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits and Organizational Development
