    Job Purpose / Objective :           
    Manage and control Actuarial and Financial Modeling Platform and  assist Head of Strategic Actuarial supporting the business and other departments on Actuarial and Risk Management matters
     
     
    Scope of Work  :             
    • Actuarial and Financial Modeling
    • Business and Strategic Planning and Projection
    • Risk Management
    • Experience Study and Assumptions Review
    • Process Review and Improvement
    • Capital Management
    • Methodology Review and Governance
    • Non-Organic Business Development Projection
    • Other Actuarial and Risk Management assistance
     
    Accountability and KPI’s Critical Tasks and Expected Contributions/Results:
    • Leading and responsible in improvement and maintenance of the actuarial and financial model and software (e.g. prophet, excel based model) to comply with the RO/HO guideline
    • Managing and conducting Annual Business and Strategic Planning and Projection by coordinating with other parties (Finance, Marketing, IT)
    • Managing and conducting Business and Strategic forecast projection 2-4X per year
    • Managing and performing campaign management workbook to business planning translation
    • Managing and performing Quarterly Risk Register and Top Risk Assessment updating process
    • Managing and conducting Quarterly Risk Management Committee and Risk Monitoring Committee
    • Assisting CRO and Head of Strategic Actuarial in increasing whole organization Risk Management awareness and ensure implementation of Risk Management 3-lines of defenses
    • Managing and conducting Annual Experience Studies and Assumptions Review
    • Ensuring Pricing / Valuation teams are using the most current Actuarial assumption
    • Support Chief Actuary and Head of Strategic Actuarial to ensure governance and conducting Annual Review of Pricing and Valuation Methodology and Practice
    • Managing and performing Non-Organic Business Development and Partnership case projection
    • Maintaining good relationship with other departments/operational functions
    • Monitoring and developing staff performance
     
    Experience / Knowledge Requirements:
    • Actuarial expertise
    • 8+ years of actuarial experience
    • Management experience preferred
    • Knowledge of actuarial software (Prophet)
    • Bachelor Degree in Actuarial / Mathematics / Statistics or applicable field
    • ASAI or close to ASAI qualification
    • Excellent command of English and Bahasa
    • Local Indonesia citizen

    Kesimpulan Review

    Pros
    • Perusahaan sangat royal dalam hal memberikan benefit terhadap karyawannya, seperti pemberian gaji 15x dalam setahun ( tunjangan hari raya, tunjangan akhir tahun dan tabungan pensiun), untuk posisi manager ke atas mendapat tambahan variabel bonus bulan april, mendapat fasilitas mobil, pemakaian bensin dan biaya komunikasi di tanggung perusahaan.
    • Peluang perusahaan ke depan masih sangat terbuka untuk bisa lebih menjadi besar, banyak benefit yang mensejahterakaan karyawannya sehingga semangat bekerja bisa tumbuh.
    Cons
    • Untuk posisi dibawah manager, tidak ada variabel bonus, berharap agar lebih memberikan semangat kerja kepada karyawan yang berada di posisi bawah ada juga pemberian bonus variabel walau besarannya tidak sebesar manaher ke atas.
    • Jam kerja yang panjang membuat orang yang telah berkeluarga seperti saya sulit berkumpul dengan keluarga karena sering pulang terlambat, berharap untuk work life balance di perhatikan lebih baik lagi.
