  • Develop demand planning process and roll out to supplier
  • Lead demand planning tasks with internal stakeholders to meet customer requirement
  • Enhance order management process
  • Customer Engagement by meeting Delivery Performance (DP) and performing weekly, monthly meeting with customers
  • Keep robust data entry process with zero error
  • Effective customer care and complain management process
Requirements :
  • Minimum bachelor degree in Business Administration or higher in related field
  • Having of experiences as a customer service manager, and providing customer service support
  • Hands on in data analytical, and excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques
  • Customer Service orientation, willing to understand from customer demands, strong in problem solving
  • Good in building relation either with external or internal customer and good as team player
