- Provide application maintenance and support to organizations and companies to minimize service disruption and facilitate operations
- Investigate problems with software applications, diagnose root cause, and work on fixing them
- Entails the development, integration, and configuration of database infrastructure and business applications used across the organization and ensuring all the applications comply with relevant standards and regulations
- Responsible on identifying known errors and problem trend, and for finding permanent solutions
- Training new staff and provide expert advice and support to department across organization
- Define application support standards and processes and writing the related documentation
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Mathematics, Others or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): windows, net programming, ms dynamics ax, Ms Sharepoint 2013, LINUX.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills are must both written and verbal
