DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Job Descriptions :
  • Provide application maintenance and support to organizations and companies to minimize service disruption and facilitate operations
  • Investigate problems with software applications, diagnose root cause, and work on fixing them
  • Entails the development, integration, and configuration of database infrastructure and business applications used across the organization and ensuring all the applications comply with relevant standards and regulations
  • Responsible on identifying known errors and problem  trend,  and for finding permanent solutions
  • Training new staff and provide expert advice and support to department across organization
  • Define application support standards and processes and writing  the related documentation
Qualification :
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Mathematics, Others or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): windows, net programming, ms dynamics ax, Ms Sharepoint 2013, LINUX.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills are must both written and verbal
  • Creativity and strong attention to detail, Ability to work effectively on tight deadlines as necessary, advanced oral and written communication skills, strong proofreading skills, positive, productive team player, desire to learn new skills and improve
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
