One of our client is Japanese Call center Outsource Service Provider company located in Jakata is looking for Call Center Supervisor.
Job Description:
  • Supervise operation and manage team (team leader & call center officer)
  • Maintain quality & quantity of company's call center services
  • Provide report about performance team, issue and action taken to improve & achieve the target
  • Analyzing the daily activity of operation to increase and maintain their performance operational service
  • Handle the candidate with technical issued related to the project
Job Spesification:
  • Have work experience in call center (as team leader min. 2 years or as a supervisor min. 1 year) in the same project (ex: First Media)
  • Have an IT Background
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, powerpoint, and Internet) and have good reporting skill
