        8COMMERCE is a part of LINC company that focus on end to end ecommerce enabler and e-fulfillment; currently has vacant position as Online Paid Marketing & Analytic Lead. This position is responsible to research, create, manage and control all online paid marketing.   He/She will in charge to implement and optimize all online paid strategy, such as SEM, GDN, Social Media Ads, Online Placement, and Dynamic Remarketing. His/her KPI is conversion to quality traffic and sales acquisition which create profit rate. He/she knows how to execute effective campaign based on multi-analytic report across platforms. He/she will analyze what best campaign that gains best experience across devices.  Having great shape in concepts implementation and eagerly do multitasking is what we mostly look for to join now!
    Job Responsibilities:
    • Responsible to optimize and ongoing manage of each accounts in Google adwords, GDN, remarketing, social media advertising, and analytic
    • Contribute to create effective landing pages for all SEM campaigns and related site pages
    • Able to set SEM campaigns and maximize ROI on existing campaign
    • Identify and share new trends, insight and best practice with marketing team
    • Issue weekly and monthly reports all online channels, revenue, traffic sources and applicable relevant metrics
    • Optimize CRM strategies by integrating online data into a robust consumer focused data system

    • Bachelor/master in computer science/IT/communication/Art/Business
    • At least 4 years’ experience from ecommerce company, multinational company/digital creative agency focus on online marketing optimization with a strong emphasis on SEM, GDN, all type of social media ads, remarketing, dynamic ads, and analytics
    • Strong project management, detail oriented, problem solving and able to work in fast paced environment
    • Strong analytics skills and meet deadlines
    • Good in social media channel management
    • Advance knowledge in paid marketing platforms such as criteo, sociomantics, appier,  etc
    • Knowledge of Indonesia market./media landscape is a must
    • Have success story in online paid marketing experience
    • Knowledge of Indonesia market./media landscape is a must
    • English savvy
    • Independent, productive, responsible, fast, fun, leader skill
