Business Development Manager



    • To develop new accounts,
    • To formulate ideas to create new market entries
    • To maintain existing sales accounts
    • To plan daily appointments with customers
    • To monitor the progress of the sales accounts i.e  collection, purchase.
    • To monitor the progress of any projects related to the customer
    • Possess a customer oriented personality
    • Must be able to do Solution Selling, understanding customer needs and propose solution that can help them
    • Market our products to consultant & serve main customers: Contractors, Dealers, etc.
    • To take role in recruiting, developing and managing partners to sell end-to-end solutions from InfoConnect
    • To handle and manage key accounts by working closely with the customers, end users and channels to groom prospects, conducting sales process, pre-sales, presentation, sales proposal etc
    • Involved in formulating and executing new sales and marketing strategies and action plans to achieve group performance and target.
    • Responsible for Receivable management, Customer Relationship Management, Channel Sales, Department Performance and Profitability
    • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
    • Required skill(s): Channel Sales And Account Management, Enterprise Content Management, Document Management System, Solution Selling
    • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
    • Must process strong presentation and communication skills
    • Must be able to plan and execute sales plan
    • Candidates with experience in Banking and Insurance industry is an added advantage
