General Requirement
  • Male/Female
  • With minimum 6 years experience in the tourism industry is a MUST
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both in oral and written English
  • Ability to use ABACUS/GALILEO reservation system
  • Qualified in reservation and issuing ticket for domestic and international
  • Capable of serving request for Hotel Vouchers, Domestic & International Travel Packages and Travel Documents
  • Good team management with pleasant personality
  • Possesing a strong leadership skill, Excellent Communicator with excellent selling, presentation,  negotiating & problem solving skills.
  • Open minded, Dynamic, flexible, and warm-hearthy characters with the CAN-do attitude
  • Able to work under pressure; responsible and SERVICE-minded
  • Branch Operational
  • Analyzing sales trend and market demand
  • Monitoring and achieve sales growth and profitability
  • Maintain good relationship with the customer
  • Handling complaints effectively
