Primarily responsible for ensuring that the team meets service levels and other key performance indicator targets and to monitor and track telesales team performance. Also responsible for producing and analyzing telesales and team performance reports.
Other Essential Responsibilities :
- To manage, develop and support a team of telesales staff and implement day-to-day telesalesoperations
- Responsible for providing feedback to telesales staff and guiding them on how they can increase revenue
- To achieve or exceed monthly sales revenue targets
- Provide regular reporting to Telesales Manager or Sales director
- Candidate must have Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and MUST fluent in English both writing and speaking
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in The East tower,Lingkar Mega Kuningan.
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Have deep understanding in telesales/ telemarketing/ customer service field
- Required skills: Educational consultant, customer service, Tele Sales.
- Capable to demonstrate leadership and managing team, customer service and relationship management.
