Tanggung Jawab
  • Bertanggung jawab dalam pembuatan dan mengembangkan strategi marketing untuk meningkatkan jumlah pelanggan dan area market sesuai dengan target yang ditentukan
  • Menjalankan seluruh strategi marketing yang sudah dirancang untuk meningkatkan nilai sales perusahaan
  • Merancang acara dan melakukan kegiatan promosi terkait produk perusahaan
 
Kualifikasi
  • Usia maksimal 30 tahun
  • Pendidikan minimal S1 marketing/ komunikasi
  • menguasai Ms. Office
  • Berpengalaman dibidang marketing min. 1 tahun
  • Memiliki kemampuan memperluas jejaring sosial
  • Memiliki kemampuan berkomunikasi yang baik dan efektif
  • Berkepribadian dan berpenampilan menarik
  • Mampu bekerja sesuai target

By 1989 Ramayana has become a retail chain, consisting of 13 outlets and employing a total of 2,500 workers. They variety of products sold has also became more extensive to include household necessities, toys and stationeries. Soon enough, in 1993 one stop shopping center was implemented in every Ramayana store due to the extensive product range and affordable prices.
Ramayana continues to provide working-class Indonesians living on islands across the archipelago with the most modern trends and styles, at reasonable prices. Ramayana champions a triune of QUALITY-SERVICE VALUE, and attributes its continued success and steady expansion in the past four decades to its appeal. Customers demand QUALITY. Ramayana delivers quality merchandise, stylishly-designed, in line with contemporary trends.
Ramayana presents the merchandise with superior SERVICE. The customer must always feel like an honored guest, and should be comfortable when shopping. Intense competition is keyed to VALUE – one of our Company’s core values. With inflation looming and disposable income shrinking, consumers are price-conscious as they never were before.They know prices and they know whether they can afford to buy. Our success in repeat business comes from the value-for-money of our garments and other items.
In a changing world, Ramayana strives to grow profit margins, facing changing demographics and higher prices for basic daily items, affecting the purchasing power of its target markets of middle-low and low- income Indonesians.

    Lingkungan kerja yang cukup mendidik sehingga menambah wawasan karyawan. Memiliki atasan yang tidak kaku dan menyenangkan. Cukup profesional dalam hal waktu.
    Cons
    Lingkungan kerja yang kurang produktif karena pembagian kerja yang tidak merata. Lokasi kantor yang kurang strategis terutama akses rute masuknya yang kurang nyaman.
