    • Job desc yang diberikan sesuai dengan posisi sehingga tidak ada resiko bahwa kita harus merangkap pekerjaan yang bukan bagian kita.
    Cons
    • Kesejahteraan karyawan harus lebih diperhatikan lagi. Jenjang karir masih terbilang tidak jelas. Manajemennya juga masih banyak memerlukan perbaikan terutama dalam hal transparansi terhadap karyawan.
