- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Law, Psychology from reputable university with min. GPA 3.00
- At least 3 years(s) of working experience in Organization Development
- Proficient in using Ms. Office and Visio
- English both oral and written min. pasif
- Strong analytical, leadership skills, dynamic, result oriented, organized and communicative person.
