    The Role

    BCI Asia is looking for a Junior or Senior Business Development Consultant (Sales Executive) with excellent communication skills. This is an outbound sales role where you introduce BCI’s highly acclaimed services to prospective clients, generate tailored quotations and close an annual subscription sale.
    • Your passion for Sales and Business Development will allow you to succeed in this role. Surrounded by an experienced, open-minded and supportive team, your average day at the BCI office will include:
    • Identifying new sales opportunities and generate new business for BCI Asia
    • Exceed sales target by promoting and selling BCI Asia products through professional sales techniques including cold calling, client meetings and via e-mail
    • Consistently achieve key performance indicators every month
    • Keep abreast of industry and market development
    • Bachelor's/College Degree
    • Minimum 3+ years experience in sales environment is a must
    • Great presentation skills, strong negotiation and communication skills
    • Young & energetic, self motivated and has the drive to succeed
    • Proven sales experience in B2B
    • A positive can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
    • Proven ability to thrive in a highly numbers-driven environment
    • Must be fluent in English both verbal and written
    • Can start immediately

    Kesimpulan Review

    • Perusahaan ini merupakan perusahaan PMA dengan sistem yang sudah stabil dan juga job desc tiap-tiap posisi yang sudah terbilang jelas.
    • Lingkungan kerja yang serius, namun tekanan kerjanya tidak begitu tinggi. Tiap-tiap posisi bebas berinovasi asalkan tetap mengemban tanggung jawab sesuai job descnya masing-masing.
    • Pengembangan SDM lokalnya perlu ditingkatkan lagi. Selain itu, diperlukan juga adanya inovasi untuk IT lokal sehingga tidak tertinggal dengan IT kantor pusat di Singapore.
    • Untuk kinerja manajemen internal dan marketingnya masih terasa kurang optimal. Selain itu, untuk IT lokalnya, tidak ada kejelasan mengenai jenjang karir.
