Responsibilities:
  • Office Management, Building & Asset Management
  • Travel Management dan Ticketing
  • Managing company cars and pool facility
  • Handling various company license, KITAS
  • Pantry management and provision of infrastructure facilities
  • Handling Office furniture and Office supply
  • Insurance Management
  • Monitoring receptionist, OB and cleaning service
  • Handling invoicing, employee reimbursement
  • Managing maintenance office and stores
 
Requirements:
  • D3/S1 any major from reputable University
  • Having minimum 5 years experience in General Affairs
  • Understanding licensing procedures and the up to date government regulation
  • English is a must both oral or written
  • Able to operate Ms. Office (Word, Excel, power point)
  • Good at planning,scheduling for office facility maintenance
  • Multitasking, detail oriented
