Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef for a growing restaurant group based in Bali, with multiple restaurant locations in Bali & Jakarta, candidate must have strong skills in: training, costing, checklist systems, recipe development, product sourcing & pricing, kitchen design, equipment knowledge, people management and problem solving skills.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Background in Asian cuisines is a must
- Experience in professional kitchen environments
- High confidence, mature & strong leadership
- Previous experience in handling multiple kitchens is preferable
- Experience in pre-opening and opening activities
- Hands on, disciplined with good trainer skills preferred
