    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

    Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef for a growing restaurant group based in Bali, with multiple restaurant locations in Bali & Jakarta, candidate must have strong skills in: training, costing, checklist systems, recipe development, product sourcing & pricing, kitchen design, equipment knowledge, people management and problem solving skills.
     
    • Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
    • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
    • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Background in Asian cuisines is a must
    • Experience in professional kitchen environments
    • High confidence, mature & strong leadership
    • Previous experience in handling multiple kitchens is preferable
    • Experience in pre-opening and opening activities
    • Hands on, disciplined with good trainer skills preferred
