Job Description
  • Checking and filling documents, including monitoring expiration date of the legal document or permit
  • Support and processing company document specially relating to an agreement or legal contract
  • Updating legal documents bank data
  • Manage the administration task related to the work and also create working report
 
Requirement:
 
  • Maximum 30 years old.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree from Law
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.  Working experience as assistant/staff in Public Notary or Legal Administration staff for corporate Legal/Law or equivalent in the related field is a plus
  • Have a driver license (SIM C)
  • Good Command in English
  • Good knowledge in legal affair, especially in permit including handle expatriate documents, government relation or contract matters
  • Full-Time position(s) available
  • Willing to be placed at Graha Lestari Building, Jl. Kesehatan 48, Petojo Selatan, Jakarta Pusat
