- Responsible for maintaining hygiene and cleanliness kitchen area with highest standard.
- Making sure all dinnerware and kitchen equipment keep hygiene, clean and ready to use.
- Ensure all items are clean according to sanitation guidelines.
- Controlling and checking all kitchen area after working.
- Maximum 30 years old.
- Minimum SMA / SMK, preferably from Hospitality.
- Experiences min. 3 years as Steward in Hotel.
- Having good knowledge of kitchen equipment and dinnerware, especially in fine dining restaurant.
- Willing to work with flexible schedule (weekend / shift / split shift)
