  • Responsible for maintaining hygiene and cleanliness kitchen area with highest standard.
  • Making sure all dinnerware and kitchen equipment keep hygiene, clean and ready to use.
  • Ensure all items are clean according to sanitation guidelines.
  • Controlling and checking all kitchen area after working.
  • Maximum 30 years old.
  • Minimum SMA / SMK, preferably from Hospitality.
  • Experiences min. 3 years as Steward in Hotel.
  • Having good knowledge of kitchen equipment and dinnerware, especially in fine dining restaurant.
  • Willing to work with flexible schedule (weekend / shift / split shift)
