    Our client is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic product manager to join our team to understand the needs of Indonesian and Malaysian consumers and partners, and drive product changes to serve their needs.. You will be part of a growing and highly motivated team, working on mobile based entertainment products that touches the lives of over millions users across the world every day.

    ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Consumer Understanding, with a focus on Indonesia

  • Understand key consumer segments, their behaviours, attitudes and needs Conduct formal and informal consumer research, either with the client research team, or independently. Analyse website and app data to drive greater consumer behaviour understanding. Communicate consumer understanding within SEA and global teams


  • Product Roadmap and Improvements

  • Key contributor to product road map: identify, prioritise and, with the engineering team, drive implementation of region-specific, or region-originated improvements across mobile apps and website. Set success metrics for each product improvement, and analyse performance. Manage rollout of new website/app versions in the regional market, including in-market QA, beta-testing and monitoring customer feedback


  • Partnerships

  • Work with key distribution and advertising partners, and internal teams, to drive successful implementations, including coordinating product development with the client engineering team, and QA with partner and client QA teams. Track the success of the partnership against defined objectives

    Profile

    5 to 10 years of work experience, including experience in consumer mobile/internet product management, particularly mobile apps. Experience with implementing and managing partnerships is a big plus. Telco experience is desirable. Experience with customer research, understanding emerging market consumers, writing use cases and requirements, and QA are highly desirable. Strong intuitive understanding of Indonesian culture and youth. Excellent oral and written communication skills are a must. Team player, highly driven, organised and strong performer under pressure. Strong multi-tasker. Bachelor's degree in engineering is a strong plus
