    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

    • People Management: leadership, succession planning, hiring, training and E–Learning, coaching, communication, organizational development (structure and process)
    • Organizational efficiency: control and planning of the general administrative needs
    • Development of Learning and Development activities in United Chemicals
    • Ensure application of Group HR Policy/Standards/Guidelines in the company
    • Development of an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement and high performance
    • Ensure adequate HR service (attractive, recruitment, retention, development, training, counseling, etc.)
    • Initiation, planning and coordinating of training activities
    • Handle Employee Relation activities
    • Handle Internal communication activities
       
     
    Requirements:
    • University degree or equivalent education
    • Min. 5 years of experience in Human Resources Management
    • In-depth knowledge of Learning and Development activities
    • In-depth knowledge of Recruitment and Selection activities
    • A mature personality with a high integrity
    • Excellent communication skill
    • Good command in oral and written English
    • Computer literate including MS Office
