    • Ensures excellent customer service is provided at all times. Performs regular review of concessionaires performance and recommend possible action to maximize operational restaurant. Ensures smooth implementation company policies, system, procedures and regulation in store level. Have good understanding of all kitchen operations and service division.


    • Minimum D3 graduate
    • Minimum 3 years experience in the same position 
    • Proven leader, service & result oriented, pro-active, good initiative
    • Well planned  & organized, initiative, good working attitude, attention to detail, target & result oriented
    • Have good knowledge of Japanese food
    • Familiar with marketing initiative and activities
    • Fluent in English both oral and written
    • Good communication skill
    • Highly organized and good analytical thinking
