    • Handle general inquiries from customer
    • Respond to inbound phone and email from customers
    • Make outbound calls and visits to customers to follow up on transactions
    • Liaise with internal units to ensure that transactions are settled promptly and accurately
    • Identify and fulfill customers’ need appropriately
    • Provide support to processing team
    • Effectively answer customers’ transaction inquiries as well as take ownership to resolve customer issues
    • Record all customer interaction in our ERP System


    • Max 30 years old
    • Min Diploma in any field
    • Min 1 year experience in the same position
    • Have strong verbal and written communication skills in English
    • Professional appearance and attitude is required
    • Pleasant voice tone and pitch
    • Customer Services / Call Center experience is an advantage
    • Candidate who can start immediately advantage
    • Willing to work over time to finish deadlines
    • Able to work in a team & under pressure
