DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Responsibilities:
 
The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating conservation officer in doing the retention process of customer’s policy cancelation which has bought from Telemarketing. This responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Arranging script and guidance for conservation team
  • Checking, analyzing, following up customer’s complaint, and also arranging daily report
  • Analyzing the voice record as the part of review process of the incoming complaint
  • Maintaining service levels and communication with partners after sales related cancellation requests via partner’s Customer Service
  • Providing explanation for customer about our products or procedure and ensuring customer’s needs is fulfilled in accordance with the applicable procedure of PT Commonwealth Life
 
Requirements:
 
The successful candidates should at least have minimum requirements as follow:
  • The successful candidates should at least have minimum requirements as follow:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in Life Insurance Telemarketing/Telesales/Call Center area in
  • Strong in interpersonal & communication skill
  • Have a good analytical thinking and achievement oriented
