- To provide sales performance analysis and provide administration support to all TNT sales channels
- To produce sales reports on a regular and ad hoc basis, as required by Sales and Marketing management
- To setup and control call cycle to ensure regular customer contact
- To set up, review and maintain sales infrastructure in the TNT sales systems
- To setup annual sales territory target and perform bi-annual review when needed to ensure the achievement of country sales target
- To provide all trading/sales data required for bonus, incentive and commission scheme
- To provide expert advice and support in the use of sales system to Indoor and Field Sales.
