  • Provide a training for Operational and Customer Service Division in Head Office or Branch Office
  • Provide individual development programme for Operational and Customer Service Division
  • Arrange timeline or training schedule
  • Analyze evaluation outpout, make a programme report and development outpout report
  • Prepering the training module and materials



  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (Psychology, Education, Business management, Human resources management is more preferable)
  • Maximum age 27 years old.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in People Development / Training / Learning Center Management field
  • Having knowledge in Training Needs Analysis, Training Design & Implementation, Training Evaluation
  • Outstanding presentation, leadership & mentoring skills
  • Strong in interpersonal & communication skill
  • Willing to traver if required
