Job Description :
  • Recruiting, training and supervising staff
  • Agreeing and managing budgets
  • planning menus
  • ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines
  • promoting and marketing the business
  • overseeing stock levels
  • ordering supplies
  • handling customer enquiries and complaints
  • taking reservations
  • greeting and advising customers
  • problem solving
  • preparing and presenting staffing/sales reports
  • keeping statistical and financial records
  • assessing and improving profitability
  • setting targets
  • handling administration and paperwork
  • liaising with customers, employees, suppliers, licensing authorities, sales representatives etc
  • making improvements to the running of the business and developing the restaura
Requirements :
  • age max. 37 years old
  • Must have good knowledge hospitality world
  • Minimum 2 or 3 years as Restaurant Manager in a well-known restaurant group or hotel.  Knowledgeable of all aspects of restaurant operations
  • Ability to speak and communicate effectively for groups of customers, guests and employees
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • A strong leader, motivator and communicator. A vibrant and positive go-getter attitude. A self-starter   who takes on challenges and works at seeing them through. 
  • Superior organizational and time management skills with the ability to interact closely with guests, staff   and management
  • Should be highly creative and innovative
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to control food and labor costs
  • Will be based in Surabaya
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
  • At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Good service and management knowledge
  • Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
