Tanggung Jawab
  • Menghubungi nasabah  melalui telepon untuk mengingatkan melakukan pembayaran sebelum jatuh tempo.
  • Melakukan penagihan melalui telepon kepada nasabah yang lalai melakukan pembayaran karena  sudah jatuh tempo.
  • Memberikan informasi terkait penyelesaian pembayaran kepada nasabah.
  • Menjalin hubungan yang baik dengan nasabah.
 
Kualifikasi
  • Minimal pendidikan D3 semua jurusan.
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik.
  • Berorientasi pada target dan bekerja sesuai dengan etika dan peraturan yang berlaku.
