Jobs Description :
Presenting menus and help customers select food/beverages
Taking guests’ orders
Take/serve orders and answer questions or make recommendations for other products
Suggestive and up selling
Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff
Ensure the accuracy and quantity of every order
Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
Issue bills and accept payment
Performing opening, closing & side duties – setting up/breaking down station, expo line, refilling condiments, cleaning ashtrays, etc
