• Min Diploma/ Bachelor degree from local university with minimum GPA of 3.00
• Computer literate (Microsoft office) and very fluent in English (Speaking, reading, writing)
• Experience as a officer in a call center, customer care, or other hospitality industry for at least 1 year
• Computer literate
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detailed oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
Salaray Range Start from 3,574,000
The incumbent in this position will be responsible :
• to handle all processes & requests on daily basis
• to manage day-to-day administration tasks within customer care unit
