Menjadi seorang Customer Service Officer di perusahaan kami Anda tidak hanya semakin mahir dalam berkomunikasi, memberikan pelayanan serta menganalisa suatu masalah, tapi juga bertambah wawasan IT.
 
  • Memberikan informasi yang dibutuhkan oleh customer baik melalui telepon maupun email
  • Memberikan solusi alternatif kepada customer mengenai permasalahan yang dialaminya
  • Memberikan report secara berkala mengenai hasil kerjanya
 
Requirements :
 
  • Usia maksimal 27 tahun
  • Pendidikan minimal D3/S1, semua jurusan
  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun Call Center / Customer Service
  • Memiliki jiwa customer service
  • Berkepribadian supel, aktif & dinamis
  • Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik
  • Terbiasa mengatasi keluhan (complain)
  • Kemampuan bahasa : English & Bahasa Indonesia
  • Bersedia ditempatkan di Jakarta Pusat
