Job Purpose :
In-house IT specialist to support business continuity covering area of corporate networking, business software, hardware infrastructure & information security.
 
Job Description :
 
  • Maintains daily performance, monitors network and system performance and administers security on multiple platforms for the District computer networksResolves problems, assists with design, implementation, and maintenance of computer communications systems
  • Responsible for planning, installing, documenting, scheduling, operating and providing for the integrity of a computer network of hardware, communications, wiring, support devices, and operating software
  • Installs computer equipment, peripherals and communication devices.
  • Installs PC’s and Application Software. Makes minor repair and equipment relocations.
  • Maintains wiring and connections for data network and communication network.
  • Provides help desk support hardware & Software.
  • Cross country supporting as backup person.
  • Provides for system-wide backup of path and software.
  • Maintains inventory of computer system supplies.
  • Maintains documentation of system devices, connectivity, software licenses, warranty periods, and maintenance logs.
  • Maintains history, information, and documentation for computing hardware.
  • Maintains company data backup activity.
  • Working and find the good vendor for IT supporting at some local issue.
  • Identifies and resolves minicomputer system hardware / software problems working with system documentation and vendor’s support personnel.
  • Coordinates and expends equipment repair by field engineering personnel of multiple vendors.
  • Preparing Management Planning.
Job Requirement :
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): SAP, software, hardware, Network Security, it
  • Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
  • Effective time management and the ability to be flexible when priorities change
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and cooperative effort
  • Having knowledge on ERP system SAP modules
  • Willing to work in Cikampek
