who will run, administer and organize all project activities in cooperation with and under the direction of the Project Loyalty Coordinator, aiming at the flawless execution of the project.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

Responsibilities :
– Oversee day-to-day operation
– Monitor team performance and report on metrics
– Motivate team members
– Coordinate activities, resources, equipment and information
– Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
– Delegate tasks and set deadlines
– Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
– Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments
– Suggest and organize team building activities
– Make certain that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves
– Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to client PICs and all merchants
– Report and escalate to management as needed
– Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports

Keahlian :

Skills :
– Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
– Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
– Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office especially in Ms. Excel
– Organizational and time-management skills

Kualifikasi :

Qualifications :
– Associate’s/College Degree (S1 or D3 from any major); BSc/Ba in business administration or finance or accounting is a plus
– Minimum 2 years of proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor, or fresh graduate with good organization background will be considered.
– Experience in handling cashier management or administration management or as bank teller will be a plus,
– Knowledge of basic cash management principles and office management systems and procedures
– Honest, hardworker, fast learner, reliable with patience and professionalism
