Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Economic.
- Required language(s): good command in english
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Analytic, Skillfull, Accurate, team working, tough
- Familiar with Ms Office (Excell) and HRIS is must
- Have the ability to work with the team as well as individually
- Having knowladge about Payrol process (Manual or system)
Job Description:
- Manage database all employee.
- Compensation and benefits administration such as overtime, absence, benefits, incentive, maintenance.
- Checking of turn over employee.
- Checking of salary recapitulation.
- Entry the compensation and benefit data for the employees to Payroll System.
- Controlling a record of all payments made and well understood about payroll.
- Payroll administration.
- Report payroll every month.
- Calculation and processing of termination payments.
- Processing increases and calculation of back pays.
- Reconciling payroll.
- Calculating annual leave and PPH 21 and report PPH 21 to tax office.
- Contribution to continuous improvement of processes, procedures and systems. Making monthly report
