Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
-Building team to achieve sales target and operation target, and making improvement in delivering the
-Manage an account managers team,. Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high level of quality,
accuracy, and process consistency in pipeline and the sales organization’s planning efforts.
-Conducts one-on-one review with all account managers to build more effective communications, to
understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvment of Account Manager
and activity performance.
-Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
-Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
-Implement operation policies, procedures an other aspect of operation.
-Responsible for reporting to Senior Sales Manager
Syarat Pengalaman :
-Ability to communicate well in english (Writen and spoken)
-Having high competence in achieving sales target and build strong sales team and networking
-Proven negotiation, presentation skill, strong leadership, decision-making, problem-solving and strong
-Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.
-Strong experience in developing opportunities, following leads, prospecting and producing sales
– Maximun 40 years old.
– Must have minimum 3 years experience managing sales team in IT Industry (Software or Hardware)
