 Job Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction with the tenants.
  • Provide detailed and accurate information to customers on a wide variety of services
  • Coordinate with all departments regarding property activities and events, also security issues and any other matters at all times.
  • Oversee and manage the operation of the tenants
  • Assist the customer and tenants for their request
  • Provide useful information for customers in response to their questions
 Job Requirement:
  • A degree economic or hospitality
  • Strong manner with good attitude, the person must be able to communicate with the customers properly, have a very good relationship within and outside department.
  • 2 years experience in the same field would be an advantage
  • Excellent command of English, with proficiency in report writing in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Good appearance
