Manage admin operation and clerical activity.
Job Description:
  • Manage admin operation activity.
  • Manage order for  B2B services from client
  • Monitor courier services
  • Handle Customer Service Complain for company
  • Communicate with client / customer on behalf 
  • Work with Admin Operation Team to handle business process based on Indieparcel SOP / Policy
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Able to use Microsoft Office Software (word, excel, and powerpoint).
  • Able to use computer/ system (will be trained by management).
  • Able to use smartphone / mobile application and internet 
  • Able to work underpressure both with team or individually.
  • Proactive and able to think outside the box.
  • Fast Learner and Creative.
  • Excelent analytical skill and problem solving.
  • Good communication skill to all level in organization.
  • Good problem solver. 
  • Have experience in monitoring order in restaurant is an advantage.
  • Have experience working in kitchen/ catering services is an advantage
