- Manage order for B2B services from client
- Monitor courier services
- Handle Customer Service Complain for company
- Communicate with client / customer on behalf
- Work with Admin Operation Team to handle business process based on Indieparcel SOP / Policy
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Able to use Microsoft Office Software (word, excel, and powerpoint).
- Able to use computer/ system (will be trained by management).
- Able to use smartphone / mobile application and internet
- Able to work underpressure both with team or individually.
- Proactive and able to think outside the box.
- Fast Learner and Creative.
- Excelent analytical skill and problem solving.
- Good communication skill to all level in organization.
- Good problem solver.
- Have experience in monitoring order in restaurant is an advantage.
- Have experience working in kitchen/ catering services is an advantage
