General Job Function:
Operational Spv is responsible for managing and monitoring operational duties.
 
Job Descriptions:
  • Manage courier
  • Manage operation team including admin operation team
  • Ensure Business Process are implemented
  • Work with Business Development team and IT team to improve the business process and improve the application
  • Prepare business operation report including level of indieparcel order, indieparcel service rate, indieparcel complain handling, etc
  • Ensure every courier are trained and well educated about INDIEPARCEL service
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent from reputable university with minimum GPA: 3.00.
  • 3-5 years experience in Logistic Business (prefered from logistic company JNE, REX, etc)
  • Able to use Microsoft Office Software (word, excel, and powerpoint).
  • Able to use computer/ system (will be trained by management).
  • Able to work under pressure both with team or individually.
  • Proactive and able to think outside the box.
  • Fast Learner and Creative.
  • Good communication skill to all level in organization.
